I did not realize I was an intrapreneur, working for companies, helping the executives to develop new enterprises within the corporation. This is all well and good for the company, but what about me? what about you?

Have you ever thought you can do your bosses job better than him/her? That could be a good sign you are on your way to becoming an entrepreneur. You have been gathering information, education and resources while being an intrapreneur, now is the time to step outside the box and be that entrepreneur you want to be.
