Being an entrepreneur myself, I have found myself laying awake at night worrying about my business. Understanding and using mind games to reduce the amount of worrying allowed me to get what the rest of my body wanted — sleep.

One game I like to play is “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” When ever I feel that worrying thought enter my mind, I turn it around and think of something positive. Wouldn’t be nice if this negative thought would hit the road. Can’t help but to giggle at yourself making you less stressful about the situation.
