How to Create a CLB Contest Lead Capture Page

What you will need

1.  Upgraded account at Traffic Leads 2 Income – you will find TL2I in the downline builder of Contact List Builder.  TL2I offers affordable upgrades starting as little as $12.73 a month.

2.  Auto-responder campaign with Optin Form setup – I recommend GVO.  You will find GVOs Host Then Profit in the CLB downline builder.  For just $9.97 a month, you have everything you need to do business online with hosting and autoresponder all in one.

3.  Video embed code with the Sypder invite (Youtube Video)

Here is the code for the Youtube video with Spyder talking about the Contest. Alternatively, you can record your own video.

How to Create Your Lead Capture Page

Below, you will find instructions on how to setup your Lead Capture page to promote the CLB contest.  Please NOTE:  You must complete Step 4 of the TL2I steps first and have your basic setup for your Auto-Responder already in place.

Here is the page that I created using Traffic Leads 2 Income.

1.  Login to TrafficLeads2Income and click on Step 11

2.  Click Create New Lead Capture Page

3.  Choose a template

4.  When the WYSIWYG editor comes up, you will want to edit the text that appears.  Create your own text or use the text on my page.

5.  Add Your Optin Form – You will notice that the page already has  a form on it from your original settings.  If you have not yet setup your auto-responder, please go back to Step 4 through 6 to complete this process, then return here to setup your CLB contest page.  You will need to setup a campaign for the Contact List Builder contest with a simple followup message that includes a link to your CLB Affiliate signup page (ttp://www.clblearning.com/signup.php?rid=XXXX).  Here is an example of a followup message for this campaign

Hello [NAME]

Thank you for subscribing to learn more
about the contest at Contact List Builder.

It’s simple, the members who sponsor the
most new members will win CASH!

Anyone can win all you need to do is become

Remember to edit the email with your subscriber First Name code and your personal details.  Also remember to replace XXXX in the signup link with your CLB Affiliate ID number.

Create your form for this new campaign and copy the Form Code.

Here is where it gets a bit tricky.  From TL2I, on your new Lead Capture page, click on Source (located at the top left of the WYSIWYG editor).  You will now see the raw HTML code.  Locate the following Codes:

<form> and </form>

You will replace this with the form code you just created for your new campaign.

Click Source again to return to the WYSIWYG editor

6.  Add the Spyder Video (or your own video)

On my page example, I have one line of text:

Contest In Full Swing at Contact List Builder

I simply replaced the text that was there with the text above.

Now, place your mouse below these words and type VIDEO

You will need the video EMBED CODE which is located above in things you will need.  Copy the Code then proceed.

Now, click on SOURCE to return to HTML mode.   Locate your words VIDEO that you just typed.  Highlight the words and paste the Video Embed code.

Click SAVE and you are done!  The system creates a tracking link for you just like the one I listed above.
