There are TWO ways to upgrade.  When you login as a free member, you will be presented with the “login offer” to upgrade your membership to the Monthly Premium.  At the bottom of the page, you will find a PayPal button to setup your subscription.  The upgrade is then automatic and you will have instant access to all the upgraded features.

Your 5 downline members will be added as they come into the system.
