Treat them with respect, listen to their concerns, try to help them feel satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Great communication is an ART. The way you talk to customers has a big impact on your brand, and nothing delivers customer satisfaction quite like consistently delightful communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-think-of-tone-on-a-spectrum\">Think of tone on a spectrum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Take the examples above: \u201cAnything else?\u201d and \u201cWhat else can I help you with?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>USE POSITIVE LANGUAGE. Positive language keeps the conversation moving forward and prevents accidental conflicts due to miscommunication. Words like can\u2019t, won\u2019t, and didn\u2019t and phrases like \u201cyou have to\u201d or \u201cyou need to\u201d are usually interpreted as negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BE BRIEF BUT NOT BRUSQUE.
