It\u2019s easy to believe that having doubts disqualifies you but it DOES NOT. Fight the good fight until you win. Get out your paper and pen- Yep it&#8217;s note taking time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Search your doubt to find its root.<\/strong> There is usually something that is at the core of your doubt, and most other doubts stem from it. If you can identify that core problem, it will help narrow your searching. Is it people in your past saying, you can&#8217;t do it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Be honest with yourself about the<\/strong> <strong>nature of TRUTH.<\/strong> Truth doesn\u2019t depend on what you like or on what makes most sense to you personally. By changing the way we think (or whatever it is we\u2019re trying to do), we can change our emotional response to the action.\u00a0No one is really paying too close attention to you. That may seem harsh, but it\u2019s actually liberating.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people think about themselves way more than others. The reality is that other people are so absorbed with their own struggles, fears, failures, successes, and what they\u2019re going through, that they rarely take too much time out of their day to consider what you\u2019re up to.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YOU ARE COMPLETE. YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL ALREADY. YOU WILL WIN. Time is really on your side, so use it wisely. REPPEAT OUT LOUD: &#8220;I CAN DO THIS. Write down everything you\u2019re thinking without holding back. Just get it all down on paper so it\u2019s out of your head.\u00a0You can then evaluate what is there and see what the best course of action is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Embrace Your Self-Doubt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the best things we can do to overcome our self-doubt is actually embrace it. Make the decision to embrace your discomfort and embarrassment.
