We all want to live longer, right? So get out those steaming cups of JAVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eat fatty fish<\/strong><br>Fish is a great source of high-quality protein and healthy fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Get enough sleep<\/strong>. Most of us don&#8217;t get the sleep and rest we need.<br>Poor sleep can drive insulin resistance, can disrupt your appetite<br>hormones, and reduce your physical and mental performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feed your gut bacteria<\/strong>.
