In business, you should be asking questions of your customers to find out how you can better serve them. Are your customer’s men, women, or both? Boomers or Millenials? Where are they from?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do they do? \u2013 Knowing what your customers do for a living and what they\u2019re interested in is a great way to more precisely target your marketing. Why are they buying? \u2013 Do you know the reason why they\u2019re in your market?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are they buying? \u2013 Do you know the reason why they\u2019re in your market? If you do, it\u2019s easier to pair their needs with what you can give them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a BIG ONE—What\u2019s their budget? \u2013 Make sure you\u2019re targeting customers whose budgets appropriately align with your product or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes them feel good? \u2013 Knowing what gives a customer that precious good-feeling glow is key to making sure they become repeat customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do they expect? \u2013 Understanding expectations is critical in order to meet those expectations .Knowing what they want from you is half the battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do they feel about your company? Hearing both positive and negative can bring change to your business to help it grow. Always be on the lookout to improve how business is done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
