Control doesn’t mean you must act a part or believe you can manipulate how others experience you. It’s the opposite. Control means that you trust yourself enough to be your most authentic self – and as a consequence you have greater awareness of your surroundings, the people in the room, your body language, the manner in which you communicate, etc.
