In business, you should be asking questions of your customers to find out how you can better serve them. Are your customer’s men, women, or both? Boomers or Millenials? Where are they from?

What do they do? – Knowing what your customers do for a living and what they’re interested in is a great way to more precisely target your marketing. Why are they buying? – Do you know the reason why they’re in your market?

Why are they buying? – Do you know the reason why they’re in your market? If you do, it’s easier to pair their needs with what you can give them.

This is a BIG ONE—What’s their budget? – Make sure you’re targeting customers whose budgets appropriately align with your product or service.

What makes them feel good? – Knowing what gives a customer that precious good-feeling glow is key to making sure they become repeat customers.

What do they expect? – Understanding expectations is critical in order to meet those expectations .Knowing what they want from you is half the battle.

How do they feel about your company? Hearing both positive and negative can bring change to your business to help it grow. Always be on the lookout to improve how business is done.

Being a trucker for 26 years, the road has taught lots of lessons.In our busy lives filled with choices and options, we see signs that point out opportunities, warnings and danger. Do we pay close enough attention to respond correctly.

We move from home to work, work to home, and start over each day. There are construction barrels everywhere, lane closed, curve ahead, flashing lights and speed limit signs. Watching out for other people is a full- time job. Everyone in his or her little world.

Our internet business has the same signs. With so much access to so many programs who do we trust. In my life, I have watched several people, whom I consider trustworthy. I have decided to join a few programs, they recommend.

We hear– know, like, and trust. Brand yourself. These people have done that. Becoming like them, I am seeing the benefits of mentorship, friendship, and partnership. I am branding myself, building lead capture pages, building funnels, and advertising like crazy.

There have been several businesses that I poured out large amounts of cash, crashed, and burned. I wasn’t looking at the signs flashing all around. what do YOU want in your life? Are you ready to follow the leader? Put some time and effort into building a dynasty for generations to come?
