This article really hits home and is so true! As a cancer survivor, exercise and mental outlook have played such an important part of my after-cancer recovery and life.
And I love the natural “highs” I get when I am able to remove stress factors from my life, and of course after doing some physical work. It is amazing how much clearer focus and motivation becomes once stress and bad habits are lessened and/or removed.
