Hello Everyone This Is Michael The Traveling Trucker. Today’s Adventure-Our All Time Favorite FOOD. Whether you believe in God or not, God created food for man, woman, and child. I believe that all we need to be healthy come from plants. I don’t believe we were meant to eat meat, but steak on the grill, YUMMY.
Just stop to think how many recipes there are in the WORLD? This should be mind blowing. How many countries are there? Who grows what? Who raise what type of meat, fish or vegetables? WOW.
This is a recipe, We at the Truckers house have made.
1 1/2 cups spelt or rye ( Bibically spelt was used, Ezekiel 4:9)
1/2 cup barley (hulled baarley)
1/4 lentils (green preferred)
2 Tbs. great northern beans
2 Tbs. red kidney beans
Stir the above ingredients very well. Grind in flour mill.
Measure into Large Bowl:
4 cups luke warm water
1 cup honey
1/2 cup oil-I prefer olive oil
Add to liquids:
freshly milled flour from the above mixture if grains
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. yeast
Stir or knead until well kneaded about 10 minutes. This is a batter type bread and will not form a smooth ball.
Pour dough into greased pans. You may use 2 large loaf pans (10x5x3) or 3 med. loaf pans or 2- 9×13 brownie pans. Let rise in a warm place for one hour or until dough is almost to the top of the pan. If it rises to much it will over flow the pan while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes for loaf pans and 35-40 minutes for brownie pans.
This is for fasting. Divide into 8 equal parts weighting 1/2 pound each. Eat a 1/2 pound cake and drink a quart of water everyday.
Hello Everyone, This Michael the Traveling Trucker. Today’s adventure is BLOGGING. Getting more sales for your business. I started my blogging journey through Contact List Builders blogging platform. Asking questions and seeking out the platform capabilities, has helped me to improve my content. Helps me to understand the ‘PAIN POINTS” and how to help people solve their problems. It has been wonderful to get comments from people saying how much they enjoyed my BLOG and how it helped them. FOLKS- this is what your business blog should be all about.
A) I’m a publisher and I’m trying to build a media property.
B) I sell products and services and I want to use my blog to attract my target audience.
C) I just like blogging. I don’t really have anything to sell. I’m just passionate about my subject and love to write about it.
What is the purpose of my blog and what category do I fit in?
If you fit into Category A–Publisher-You need to consistently put out good content. DAILY. In order to increase blog results, you need to know how to Master Organic Traffic Strategies like Social Media and SEO. Mastering these skills will be instrumental in getting eyeballs to your BLOG. Please keep in mind, You will competing against other bloggers. Have you considered adding an E-Book or some product that relates to your Blog?
CATEGORY B) You sell products or services. Your main goal should be to attract your target market. Once YOU have quality content that points back to YOUR offer, drive traffic to it. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube are great places to target people who are interested in YOUR product or service. Every now and then, create a long-form content (800 words) to get it ranked on search engines. Again, make sure it maps back to a front-end offer.
CATEGORY C- In general, blogging for the sake of blogging, thinking YOUR blog will somehow grow a business for YOU then….. YOU need an OFFER. A lot of people have been sold on the idea that you can make money just by blogging even if you don’t have an offer. UNFORTUNATELY, this NOT the case. If YOU want to have revenue from YOUR blog, you will need an OFFER,E-Book or Service, or product that provides some kind of solution to the topics or “pains” that YOUR blogging about.
To be successful as a blogger there is really just one requirement: a passion for your topic. The best part about it is that blogging is a form of passive income since you can spend just a few hours a week writing a blog post and then continue to make money from it long after the blog post is written.
Share your story. A blog allows you to have a voice and be heard. You can share your story with the entire world if you so choose. One of the most common ways blogs are used are as a diary where the blogger writes about their daily experiences so that friends, family, and others can all be a part of their lives.
Find a community. Blogging at its heart is interactive. You write a blog post and people comment on it. This is a great way to connect with people who are interested in the same things as you are. Blogging allows you to teach these people based on your experience, and it gives you the opportunity to learn from your readers as well.

Hello Everyone, This Is Michael The Traveling Trucker. Today’s adventure is YOUR LIST. Building your list is where the miracles and magic happen. You begin talking to people, texting, instant messaging, emailing. REMEMBER, no matter how good you set up your website, auto-responder,splash page, WITHOUT PEOPLE, you will not have a business. It’s the people who get excited about YOU. They begin to know you. You build those relationships. They begin to like you and before you know it, they whip out the credit Card and make a purchase. This is real TRUST.
Build Up YOUR Own List from the start. It will potentially become the most valuable resource for your future income. Building your list enables you to not only continue marketing-someone else’s product or service- and follow up with prospects, but it also allows YOU to create your own branded business and products that YOU will market directly to your customers.
Take care of YOUR list. It is a living thing and YOU must give it attention. The people on it have signed up expecting to receive information on making money online.
This is a people helping people business. Everything you learn, teach others, and have them teach others. You should be sending your list usable information, an interesting story, or a personal revelation of some kind every single day.
All of my journeys so far have been learning from leaders, Janet Legere, Rob Gehring, Jon Olson and Blain Jones. Some of my heroes are those who have built their businesses. Michael Camire, Gail Quantock, Simon loi, Kevin Cron, Elizabeta Ramsak, Erik Gustafsson, Eliana Gomes, Kevin Michaud.
I watch and learn from what they do, from making a video, building graphics, helping people understand cryptocurrency. Your list is yours. Make it the best every day. YOUR list will make YOU money in time. It is not a race but a slow and steady process. Built it strong and it will stand the dawn of TIME. Social Media is a great place for organic leads and prospects. Use Your FACEBOOK profile to attract people.

As we’ve all experienced, the sales process essentially boils down to two things: numbers and time.
And those two things often go hand-in-hand. While we (or our team) are racing to hit quota against that clock. But we can save time and maximize our numbers by investing in the right processes, activities, and skills.
A prospect is a potential customer that has been qualified as fitting certain criteria. Determining if a contact is a sales prospect is the first step in the selling process. Once you’ve determined that the person meets the criteria, they’re a prospect and can move into the next phase of the selling process. Prospects don’t have to have indicated an interest in buying; they just need to meet the mentioned criteria.
How Prospects Work: It is the act of finding leads and turning them into prospects. Leads come from various places; you can buy lists, skim the phone book, search the internet, or talk to people while you’re waiting in line at the store. In most cases, whatever form you use, your goal is to determine if the person could become a prospect. You determine this by qualifying them on one criterion, usually your target market.
Once you’ve determined that the lead could be a prospect, you then work to qualify them under the other criteria, which can be done in various ways, including a phone call, in-person meeting, online form, or email. Your goal is to determine if the lead is a good candidate for what you offer and has the money and ability to buy.
Prospects vs. Leads
Like many industries or occupations, the business sales field has many words unique to its own language and use. Terms will often be used interchangeably, even though they don’t mean the same thing. This is the case with the business sales terms “prospect” and “lead.”
A prospect is often confused as a lead, but there’s a fundamental difference. A lead is an unqualified contact; any potential client or customer you meet that hasn’t been qualified as a prospect is a lead. In the sales process, you gather leads first, qualify them into prospects, and then move them through your sales funnel or process.
Consistency Counts: Prospect Daily! Turn Off the Distractions. Use Every Method Available. Write Scripts. Focus on the Outcome. Get Good at Calling. Nurture Relationships Over Time.
