Why Should We Get Ready

Hello Everyone This Is Michael The Traveling Trucker.

Rob Gehring from TrafficLeads2Income Viral Mailer and MassiveSuccessFunnel put on a great weekly coaching session.

Do you consider yourself as an action taker or are doing busy work getting ready to get ready. These are some of the things you should do regularly, helps keep you FOCUSED.

Create daily goals, 6-month goals, one-year goals, and 5-year goals. These goals should be achievable by breaking the big picture down into smaller and more specific goals. Print them out and keep them in front of you and read them each day and note what you have accomplished toward your goals. A major point Rob made is to “not deviate from the process”. The process provided has been tested over and over and fine-tune to become successful.

From my personal experience, Rob is always willing to help, from guiding you through the setup process, mentoring you on using your scripts to talk to your leads, to inviting leads to our private Telegraph Room where He talks to your Leads for you.

What are these signposts: We have all had this one pop up on us. This means find another way to get where you want to go. Sometimes we need to start over.

This one means only go in one direction. One way keeps us focused on the details. What do I need to do next?

This red sign should get your attention. It is screaming at you.

Do we see how each of these signs can help us? What is a warning sign: It indicates a potential hazard, obstacle, or condition requiring special attention.

Having a Coach, Mentor, Business Partner, can keep us out of danger. They are a voice that stops you and Asks, are you sure you want to do that? These men and women help provide valuable insight. They have been down this road.They know the potholes, traffic signs, flashing lights. They know 3 things:

POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Most people don’t realize how hard keeping a positive attitude is. We must train ourselves to stay positive, while putting up the walls to block negativity.

Michael’s favorite saying:” You have 2 choices when you wake up in the morning. Be Happy Or Sad. There are enough sad people in the world without me being one of them.

I have to admit, I spend a great deal of time by myself. So interacting with people for short periods of time is easy. Being up beat,funny and encouraging.

When I get home is another story. I must try really hard to be upbeat, happy and encouraging with my family. I love them, care for their well being and want what’s best for them. They know all my faults as well. Pressing those buttons. Yep– you guessed it–negativity creeps in.

“Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create.”

“It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.”

“Be the reason someone smiles. Be the reason someone feels loved and believes in the goodness in people.”

Be the person who people choose to hang out with. My wife said, ” I want to be the home family comes to, not avoid.”

Laughter The Best Medicine

With all the seriousness out there we need to smile, giggle, and get a good belly laugh.

Laughter is a physical reaction consisting usually of rhythmical, often audible contractions. Laughter might be thought of as an audible expression or appearance of excitement, an inward feeling of joy and happiness. There are thousands of languages, hundreds of thousands of dialects, but everyone speaks laughter in pretty much the same way.” Babies have the ability to laugh before they ever speak. Children who are born blind and deaf still retain the ability to laugh.

Laughter has proven beneficial effects on various other aspects of biochemistry. It has been shown to lead to reductions in stress hormones such as cortisol and Epinephrine. When laughing, the brain releases endorphins that can relieve some physical pain. Laughter also boosts the number of antibody-producing cells and enhances the effectiveness of T-cells, leading to a stronger immune system.

Remember to laugh everyday. Be able to laugh at yourself. I have scared myself and then realized I was alone and laughed and laughed.

Hurt–Its Meaning

Being hurt is painful, emotionally and mentally. It takes time to recover. Some never recover from the process, having a hard heart their entire lives.

Love is the strongest offense to hurtful people. Loving them where they are is so important.

What is the Antonym of hurt? reward,ease, gratification, joy, pleasure, relief,enjoyment, delight.

How do we as business owners apply this to people who are hurt from being taken advantage of? HEALING- it’s very power to overcome any obstacle, with gentle LOVE.

Study the next group of WORDS CAREFULLY: mending, coming back, recovering, recouping, snapping back. This is where” know, like and trust” come into play. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

TRUST–belief, confidence, faith, reliance. Building these skill will take you far. People love to associate with givers, lovers, and menders…

Become A Problem Solver

Hello Everyone This Is Michael The Traveling Trucker:

Today I’m back in Ga.(home) for the weekend. As You can see from the Title Become A Problem Solver really needs time and effort in most situations. I love to sit back and watch my beautiful bride of 34 years tackle problems. With her analytical mind, looks at problems from every side. I am the rash one and get into trouble the most.

So how do we solve our client’s and prospects’ problems? Defining the problem. The key to a good problem definition is ensuring that you deal with the real problem – not its symptoms.

Identifying The Problem– While it may seem like an obvious step, identifying the problem is not always as simple as it sounds. In some cases, people might mistakenly identify the wrong source of a problem, which will make attempts to solve it inefficient or even useless.

Defining The problem–It is important to fully define the problem so that it can be solved.

Forming A strategy–The next step is to develop a strategy to solve the problem.

Organizing Information–The more information that is available, the better prepared we will be to come up with an accurate solution.

Allocating Resources– You need to determine how high priority it is. Sometimes we don’t have time, money and other resources to solve a problem.

Monitoring Progress–Solvers tend to monitor their progress as they work towards a solution. If they are not making good progress toward reaching their goal, they will reevaluate their approach .

Evaluating Results– After a solution has been reached, it is important to evaluate the results to determine if it is the best possible solution to the problem.

Guide on How to Talk with Customers

“The customer is always right.”

It’s an old expression that most English-speaking employees know.

Does it mean that no customer has ever made a mistake before?

Are your customers really always right?

Of course not.

But the idea is that it’s important to TREAT all customers like they’re right. Treat them with respect, listen to their concerns, try to help them feel satisfied.

Great communication is an ART. The way you talk to customers has a big impact on your brand, and nothing delivers customer satisfaction quite like consistently delightful communication.

Think of tone on a spectrum

Take the examples above: “Anything else?” and “What else can I help you with?”

USE POSITIVE LANGUAGE. Positive language keeps the conversation moving forward and prevents accidental conflicts due to miscommunication. Words like can’t, won’t, and didn’t and phrases like “you have to” or “you need to” are usually interpreted as negative.

BE BRIEF BUT NOT BRUSQUE. The goals of a support reply are to answer the customer’s question and to make them feel heard
