Why Tracking Is Important?

Why, it’s because of tracking.

I have tracking on my truck and trailer. My employer can look at his computer and see if my trailer reefer unit is running, what is the location, how long I have been there.

In business, you need to track your links to see what is working and what is not. Your main focus, is getting your tracking code and putting it on your landing page. Then you test it to make sure it is working properly.

IT’S BEEN HOW LONG ?

On the black sea highway, I find myself wondering HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Have You felt that way?

We hear” ARE WE THERE YET?” Most of the time the answer is NO, and we become impatient, dissatisfied, and rebellious, for it takes too long for things to happen.

I set up a new lead capture page, sent it out, and got immediate results. The contact was made and we had a good conversation. My prospect came to the Telegraph room and RobG took over. Through his leadership, an upgrade was made.

He shared with me, my prospect has been a part of the business since 2010 but had not logged in since 2015. How’s that for the long term? A 5-year HIATUS.

As ENTREPRENEURS, we never know which key will unlock the door for people to walk through, coming into our business world.

I heard Jon Olson say, He bought some crypto and forgot about it for years. Then he talked with a friend and was told the crypto he had was huge.

Strive to do your best each day. People you talk to might not be ready today, so you move on. They stay silent in the background, always watching. Then time goes by. When the time is right and they contact you, saying they are ready.

Most of the people aren’t ready, just looking they say. NEVER COUNT ANYONE OUT. Timing is everything, so be prepared to wait. Work with those that want what you have.

Why waiting is beneficial and has beneficial factors. Priorities become clear. It produces Productive habits.

Tolerance and empathy helps people to wait and is a great humbler. A humble person is aware of the struggles of others and can empathize with their troubles. In short, waiting can make you a better person.

Once you bend your head around the fact that waiting is your friend, and not your enemy, some important things will shift in your head.

Instead of being frustrated by delays, you can be grateful for them, make the most of each one and soar through your time of waiting.

On the other side of it, you will see how much has been grown in your character even though it felt like nothing was happening at the time. Now that is something to be grateful for.

Impossible, Possible, Attitude, Positive

Looking back is always perfect vision. It’s easy to look at where we have been and realize what choices we should have made or paths we should have taken.

It’s easy to miss the lessons of life that God is teaching us through constant challenges. Within the context of those challenges, we find valuable life lessons that must be learned.

So do you show up daily? Do you do your best for this day? Today is all you have, so let us DREAM BIG, TAKE ACTION and FOLLOW UP and FOLLOW THROUGH.

What is your biggest challenge? Mine is connecting to people. Being a driver, I have drive days that keep me driving all day and part of the night. I don’t get the opportunities as often as I like for my phone calls, texts and emails. I will do my best today. I will show up. I will make those calls.

Building a business is really a 2-5 year plan. You will have high’s and low’s. I see through observation of my leaders, they are consistent in all they do.

Describe your daily habits. What do you start with, and where do you end your day?

I start with my blog, Phone calls are next, with texts and emails second. I jump on the advertising wagon, shooting those arrows. I read and comment on different post, upvoting at every opportunity.

As we build our following, remember it’s all about PEOPLE. Be kind, lead with passion, love with a grateful spirit. Be willing to give your ALL. The reason I’m here is my mentors have shown such love, passion, and commitment to me. For that, I’m eternally grateful.

How To Set Yourself Up For Success

Do you have a daily plan to start your day? Do you have a set routine, you follow each day? Do you set a certain amount of time for phone calls?

How much time for emails, follow ups and mentoring your people?

How you start your day will help or hinder you all through out the day.

Successful people, Millionaires, Billionaires have a strict code for their day. They set blocks of time for phone calls. They only do this one activity for that block of time.

They move on to the next activity, emails. Then go down the list, until they finish what they set out to do.

Do you set goals? Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly? Do you have a 5-year plan, 10-year plan? Do you do income-producing activities or just busywork?

This is my recommendation: Follow up, Stay positive, and Talk To The Right People. Make sure you ask qualifying questions, How much money on a monthly basis, do you want to earn? What would that amount do to your lifestyle? What type of budget do YOU have?

If people don’t have a budget or a small budget, it will be much harder to achieve the success they want. You can do it on a small budget, just plan it out in every detail, so you will begin to get the results you are looking for.

If people don’t have a budget or unwilling to get a budget- I know this sounds harsh, but move on. These people will drain your time and energy.

You’re sitting at home, in front of your computer. You have reached a point where you want to earn some additional income. You would love some relief from the bills and not having enough of the daily things in life. You have penny pitched enough. So begins your delve into internet marketing. You look around, not sure what you are looking for. You see an ad like this: So you click, the click here now button.

Then it takes you to the New Member Registration page. Some fill it out while others who are skeptical go right on by. Some forms ask for your name, email, and phone number. At the bottom of the form, it says, if you don’t want to leave a number, place the number 5 in the box. This is where I don’t understand, why do people put a fake number in? If you don’t want the call back place the number 5 in the box. We respect your privacy. As someone building a business, this gives me false hope. When I see a number, I call it, then you hear, this phone number is no longer in service, mailbox full can’t except any new messages, or my favorite error 57, which means no number exists.

A funnel is the set of steps a visitor needs to go through before they can reach the conversion. Maybe you want them to make a purchase, sign up, or fill out a form. When someone does something you want them to do, it’s known as a conversion. The visitor converts from browsing to taking the action you want them to take.

Why is the set of steps to conversion called a “funnel”? Because at the beginning of the process, there are a lot of people who take the first step. Then, as the people continue along and take the next steps, some of them drop out, and the size of the crowd thins or narrows.

The top of the funnel is where everyone goes in. They see your lead capture page and fill out the form. The ones interested go on to the next step. They end up on your Thank You page. You need a new audience to have eyes on your funnel, daily. Keep track of how people move through your funnel. You aren’t limited to using your funnel strictly for signing up and/or purchasing. You can put funnels all over your website to see how visitors move through a specific website flow. Figure out what your goals are and what you want visitors to do on your site, and you can create a funnel for it. Once you have the data, you’ll be able to see where roadblocks are and optimize your funnel.

It is important to understand the importance of having a “real” conversation with a prospect. This also saves you time in qualifying your list and only talking to people who are serious and ready. Be sure they indicate at least 50.00 available to get started now; otherwise I advise against you calling unless you want the practice. When I capture a lead, I generally ask for their phone number along with first name and email address. Then, I send the following text which is called “The Magic Text”. Hey {Prospect Name}, Rob here, your {Company Name} sponsor. Go to {Your Facebook Profile} and send me a friend request so I can have you schedule with me and we can get you earning ASAP, ok?

This is a good qualifier as I may be able to connect with them on Facebook to have them set an appointment with me. If they are unresponsive, then we move to a phone call where we can interview them directly.

One of the greatest lessons on talking to people is to do it often, every day on phone calls. This will give you the confidence you need to carry on a conversation without feeling like you are lost or don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s all about talking to a friend, best friend, or loved one. It should be that natural when talking to people about your business. Let yourself flow, asking questions, and waiting for people to respond. Then ask more questions, feeling them out to see where best to help them.

Definition: a trusted counselor or guide.

We acquired “mentor” from the literature of ancient Greece. In Homer’s epic The Odyssey, Odysseus was away from home fighting and journeying for 20 years. During that time, Telemachus, the son he left as a babe in arms, grew up under the supervision of Mentor, an old and trusted friend. When the goddess Athena decided it was time to complete the education of young Telemachus, she visited him disguised as Mentor and they set out together to learn about his father. Today, we use the word mentor for anyone who is a positive, guiding influence in another (usually younger) person’s life.

What makes a mentor or business coach? Serving as a mentor brings many challenges and rewards, with the best mentors working to shape their mentees into leaders, rather than just good followers. If done well, the long-term impact of mentoring can offer life- and career-changing benefits to both parties.
