Let’s look at where YOU need to START: Hebrew word: RAB. It means, abounding, more numerous than, abundant, more than enough, strong, exceeding.

Take time to get that into your spirit, soul, and body. When you believe it, speak it, walk in it, sing it, shout it, YOUR LIFE IS GOING TO CHANGE.

What Does Your Village Look Like?

Think about this” It takes a whole village to raise a child”. That’s the way it used to be. We see this slipping away more and more.

Food for thought- There is the village idiot, village gossip, village drunk, and the village prostitute. Are these the type of influences we really want when it comes to raising our children?

There are the village shop keepers-butcher, baker and candle stick maker. Village elders, village mayor and hopefully the village spiritual leader, who is a man of Jehovah God.

When we look closely at these people, we can learn a lot when we ask questions.

If you want to run a business, whom do you ask? If you want to know more about God, whom do you ask?

If you want to run the daily activities of a village, whom do you ask?

NOW FOR THE FUN PART.” It’s Your Village, How Do You See It? What leaders do you converse with? Who are your advisors and mentors? How do you handle the negative side of things going on in your village? ( idiot, gossip, prostitute, drunk).

I am building my village on firm foundational principles. Listening to leaders who have already built their villages. Don’t try to change things, just because they sound good. Mentors teach you because they know you have what it takes to run your village properly and successfully.

Show up daily. Put in the work. Show your villagers, they can trust you. Work with those that want to build up your village. You must put finance into your village.

Advertise your village. Show the world, why your village is worth their time and effort to join you.

What offers are you sharing with your villagers? What value do you bring to your villagers? People really love being a part of a thriving village. There is safety, financial gains, laughing, loving, sharing life.

HOW TO ACHIEVE GOAL SETTING 101

Hello and WELCOME, Michael The Traveling Trucker here. I believe that goal setting so is important.

Do you ever feel like you’re sleepwalking through life with no real idea of what you want? Perhaps you know exactly what you want to achieve, but have no idea how to get there.

I know for a lot of people, goal setting tends to get put on the back burner. People know what they want, but never write them out.

Goal setting involves planning for the future. Thinking positively about the future bolsters our ability to create goals and consider the actions required to achieve them.

It helps you stay focused on what you want to accomplish, see how well you are doing moving toward your goals, then setting new ones once you finish your old ones.

One of my goals is to have a list of 2000 prospects by 5-1-2021. Making goals attainable is what will keep on putting in the daily work.

How big do you want your list? How long is it going to take you? Do you want to work with women or men or both? What age group? What geographical area?

Ready to get started, GREAT. You will need paper and pencil or pen. I’ll wait while you get them NOW. Glad you are back. Now time to write down specific items for your goals.

This is not a marathon, but slow simple steps.

Choose goals that are challenging. Choose and monitor both short-term and long-term goals. Keep goals consistent.

If the goal is too easy to complete, there’s little achievement in it. If you set exclusively easy goals for yourself, you will get bored and fall out of the habit of goal setting. The challenge is what makes results feel worthwhile and self-actualizing, and makes goal setting feel rewarding.

Through the experience of success and the positive emotions that accompany goal setting, confidence, and belief in our own abilities grow. If you can dream it, write it down, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT.

Five Principles of SUCCESSFUL Goal Setting

Commitment-Clarity-Challenge-Complexity-Feedback

Commitment refers to the degree to which an individual is attached to the goal and their determination to reach it, even when faced with obstacles. DO you really want to be successful in business and personal life?

Clarity-When a goal is vague, it has limited motivational value. Set clear, precise, and unambiguous goals that are implicit and can be measured. Have you written down YOUR GOALS?

Challenging goals can improve performance through increased self-satisfaction, and the motivation to find suitable strategies to push our skills to the limit. Are you making your goals just out of reach so you have to stretch to ACHIEVE them?

Complexity-Even the most motivated of people can become disillusioned if the task’s complexity is too great for their skills. Allowing sufficient time to work toward a goal allows opportunities to reassess the goal complexity, whilst reviewing and improving performance. Are you making your goals so hard, that after a short time you give up?

Feedback– Feedback – including internal feedback – helps to determine the degree to which a goal is being met and how you are progressing. Feedback allows us to reflect upon our ability and set new, more attainable, goals.

When we perceive our progress towards a goal as adequate, we feel capable of learning new skills and setting more challenging future goals.

We hear” ARE WE THERE YET?” Most of the time the answer is NO, and we become impatient, dissatisfied, and rebellious, for it takes too long for things to happen.

I set up a new lead capture page, sent it out, and got immediate results. The contact was made and we had a good conversation. My prospect came to the Telegraph room and RobG took over. Through his leadership, an upgrade was made.

He shared with me, my prospect has been a part of the business since 2010 but had not logged in since 2015. How’s that for the long term? A 5-year HIATUS.

As ENTREPRENEURS, we never know which key will unlock the door for people to walk through, coming into our business world.

I heard Jon Olson say, He bought some crypto and forgot about it for years. Then he talked with a friend and was told the crypto he had was huge.

Strive to do your best each day. People you talk to might not be ready today, so you move on. They stay silent in the background, always watching. Then time goes by. When the time is right and they contact you, saying they are ready.

Most of the people aren’t ready, just looking they say. NEVER COUNT ANYONE OUT. Timing is everything, so be prepared to wait. Work with those that want what you have.

Why waiting is beneficial and has beneficial factors. Priorities become clear. It produces Productive habits.

Tolerance and empathy helps people to wait and is a great humbler. A humble person is aware of the struggles of others and can empathize with their troubles. In short, waiting can make you a better person.

Once you bend your head around the fact that waiting is your friend, and not your enemy, some important things will shift in your head.

Instead of being frustrated by delays, you can be grateful for them, make the most of each one and soar through your time of waiting.

On the other side of it, you will see how much has been grown in your character even though it felt like nothing was happening at the time. Now that is something to be grateful for.

Being a trucker, I am quite familiar with the unknown. I get dispatched to places I have never been to before. Yes, I have my trucker GPS and yes it gets me to where I need to go, most of the time.

I have had a road closed and have had to find another way around, and the GPS is not helpful. It wants to put me on a car route. Does fear rise up or faith rise up?
