Practice is about applying an idea, belief or method rather than the theories related to it. Practice is also about repeatedly performing an activity to become skilled in it.

How long did it take for you to learn to ride your bike, learn to swim, ski, play a musical instrument?

Do you remember tying your shoes, putting your coat on?

Writing your 1st paper for english?

Everything we do takes practice, so take a deep breath and let’s begin your walking out a plan to run your own business.

We see that anyone who wants to learn and improve needs to commit time and effort to practise, to notice what works and doesn’t, to keep training until a routine is improved, perfected. Make sense?

What trainging ( vidoes) are you looking into? What books are you reading? “How to win friends and influence people”. What MENTOR are you asking to help you?

What does practice do for you?

Practice enables you to broaden your repertoire, to deepen your knowledge, insight and capability.

It’s like driving a car. You stick the key into the ignition and turn it to start the engine. Let it warm up. If you need to back up, move the shifter into R for reverse. Slowly back up unto you get the car where you can go forward. Then move the shifter into d for drive. Add pressure on the gas pedal .

Most of us would think this is silly because we have been doing this a long time. For those 1st starting out this could be terrifying.

The people we help in business don’t have a real sense of what they need to do. It’s our job to GUIDE and DIRECT THEM. Get them the material for them to practice on.

Deliberately practicing new behavior has three effects: 1) you get better at doing it, which increases the odds that you will be successful at it when it matters, 2) you start to replace the old habits with new ones, and 3) you develop the habit of replacing old habits!

The more you practice new ways of doing things, the more naturally they’ll come. I loved running. I began slowly for months. Over time I was running 8 miles a day. I had to stop as it wore my knees out and I had double-knee surgery. I miss that level of commitment to fitness which I replaced with low work resistence. Walking, skipping rope, stretches.

Purposeful practice is the primary contributing factor to excellence in life. To be a truly practised at a skill or habit, hours of sustained practice are required – 10,000 hours. SAY WHAT? You mean spending that many hours to aquire a skill? Yes,Yes, and Yes.

Practice and learning from that practice is fundamental.

At this level of competence, you have developed what is described as reflection-in-action, where you are critically aware of what you are doing. I beleive I have reached this level and continue to hone my skills to improve daily action.

What happens when we learn? One possibility is that we acquire greater skill at applying our initial strategy to the problem at hand, making it more efficient. Another possibility is that we acquire a new, more efficient strategy.

The more we apply our mindset to practice the more we have new ideas for moving us to where we want to be. Practice is a daily habit which lasts a lifetime.

When we were growing with our 2 girls, teaching, showing and sharing books, we would read out loud. Everyone would take a turn. We would do voices, singing the songs. We would go to the library and let them pick out books. Today our girls love to read as My wife and I do.

We still do the voices and sing the songs, then laugh about it. It is a magicial time. Reading stimulates your brain and keeps it healthy, which is critical for your memory.

I have learned to do Youtube videos, lead capture pages along with thank you pages. Learning to lazer target traffic, creating solo ads and talking to people daily.

Tracking your results lets you know what is working and what’s not.

If you are going to build your list, you will have to talk and build your relationships with your people. Know, Like, Trust.

We don’t sell to people, even though there is a product. We sell the dream. We solve problems. Learn to be the “GO TO” person.

Why is it important to make wise decisions?

You’re faced with new decisions every hour of every day.

Sometimes, it’s as simple as choosing which shoes to wear to work.

But when important moments that require decisive action come around, it can be difficult to make the right decision without a process to do so.

Leave yourself some space to reflect on your mistakes (and successes). You won’t learn from your mistakes if you don’t take the time to reflect on them.

Analyze your own self-confidence. Try not to overthink. This can become a problem that leads to indecision. Don’t shy away from your mistakes.

Examine the opposite of your decision

Before moving forward with what you feel is your final decision, make sure you’ve considered the complete opposite.

Ask for feedback

There is a delicate balance you should be cautious of when asking for feedback during your decision process. Some feedback can be highly valuable, especially if it comes from people who have been in your same situation and can tell you about their outcome. It’s also effective to ask for feedback from those who you will directly affect by your decision.

Stay true to your values

When you stay true to your values during the decision-making process, it should be easier to see the path in front of you.

When I look around and think to myself, I really can’t do this, am I really not able to do something or is it to hard or am I being a bit lazy? Do I not have the skill yet?

She meets challenges with the attitude of ” How can I tackle this ?” and motivates others to do the same.

Example: No words. Just music and moving. During a 24 hour Zumba marathon amid the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of people from around the globe worked out togehter and virtually followed instructors from India, China. Mexico, America, South Africa, and parts of Europe, and several other places.

These diverse indivuals were able to move together without any language barriers. Why?

Because instructors of the exercise craze Zumba, created in the mid-1990’s by a columbian aerobics instructor, utilized nonverbal cues to communicate. Class instructors move and students follow with no words uttered or shouted.

I was reading my Bible today- Ecclesiastes 3: 9-13. GOD has given us all things. Without God( whether you believe it or not) I believe my God has been watching over me. He gives me strength each day to work hard.

What do we get from all the hard work? I believe we receive joy, peace, anointing and we should enjoy the fruits of our labor for these are gifts from GOD. God has made everything beautiful for its own time. Look around and ENJOY.

Rewards come in many different packages disguised in many small and large heartfelt enjoyments. I love watching the sunrise. See my wife smile when she sees me. Sharing life and knowledge with a friend. I can’t lie- I love money rewards. It helps me share what I have with others.

Rewards in business do take time. If you spend just 30 minutes a day, with a plan of action, you will form habits that will reward you. In business- lots of people look to the money and miss the people.

Building your list, sharing your knowledge, and taking those relationships to the next level is the name of the game. When people know you, trust your judgment, and truly like you, they will BUY from you.” Money Reward”.

Money is a TOOL. Use money and LOVE people. People bring more value than money. All ideas were a thought, drawn-out, and put into action. It is people sharing with people. Then the rewards come forth.

Yes, you can buy lots of things with money. Some have a false sense of money by using the CREDIT CARD. Freedom comes from being debt-free.

Having enough put aside that if anything happens you can survive knowing you have enough. Not paycheck to paycheck.

The question is: WHY don’t people have abundance and overflow?

In my experience, “You have not because you ask not”. For some, after you ask you don’t listen and follow directions. I know because sometimes I’m one of these people, but I’m learning to change this habit.

I’m going to make a bible reference to Matthew 13:12-” To those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given, and they will have abundance and knowledge. But those who are not listening, even what little understanding they have will be taken away”.

Let me make this point very clear- those who have abundance and overflow have been listening and taking action. Day in and day out. EVERYDAY.

I have noticed that people are looking for a way to increase their finances. Their 1st mistake ( me included) is they look at the price tag, get scared and never look at the system.

They don’t understand the principles of business. You must invest. Invest in yourself and your business.

Let’s start simple, OK? Look at the system while talking to me or your sponsor. Let us guide you by answering your question while looking at the system.

This will require talking to us on the phone while looking at the internet. It is not difficult, FOLKS. Texting is ok if you stay in contact. Don’t put people off.

Why do we trust people we have never spent time with when it comes to our FINANCES? Yes, the gurus. They have the hype. They have the flash. What is the system and does it really produce income?

I have fallen for the next shiny, next biggest thing multiple times. My loss.

It wasn’t until I decided to stay with one system and master it, that things began to happen. I began to listen to my sponsors, follow their examples, and my future and my finances began to increase.
