The Purpose of A Business

The purpose of a business is to offer value (through products and/or services) to customers, who pay for the value with cash or equivalents.

How do you offer your product or service? DO NOT EVER SELL PEOPLE. Research what they need and become the go-to person for solving that issue. When you help people, they are more apt to buy from you.

Value is always that which is perceived by the customer. Ideally, it should evolve, change, and multiply over time.

Talking to oneself is important. If you don’t speak positively to yourself, you are missing a valuable resource. You know what you are capable of, I see what you can and will become with a little training.

Pick one thing to FOCUS on until you master it. When I quit drinking, all I focused on for 2 years was not drinking until it became a habit. Now I don’t think about drinking.

Same with smoking. I focused on NOT smoking until it became a habit. Now I don’t think about smoking.

My mentors’ advice: MASTER ONE THING AT A TIME. DAILY HABITS START SMALL BUT GROW TO UNIVERSE-SIZE DREAMS.

How To Conduct The Business Interview?

Hello Everyone, Yes, it is time for the BUSINESS INTERVIEW. Don’t get nervous. I’m Michael The Traveling Trucker and I will be doing the interview.

Let me start off by saying, we have all been in an interview. Some of us were so nervous, we couldn’t think straight. Some of us were self-confident and answered honestly. Some were not even sure why you were here.

In Affiliate Marketing, using our phones for the interview should sound pleasant. Don’t make it sound like you are selling something.

As the interviewer, stay relaxed. You control the tone of the interview. IT IS YOUR BUSINESS.

Here are some hints to follow when seeing if people fit your business.

Always remember to make all your conversations ALL about them and be a great listener and provide insight and value to help your new member or lead on their path to starting their own online business.

Check out their social media profile. This will help you to determine their suitability to you and your business.

Call your people with a SMALL list of questions. If people don’t respond, DON’T CHASE them. They contacted you 1st. Work with people who want to work with you. MAKE SENSE?

Introduce yourself and why you are calling. Ask if now is a good time to talk. If not set up a time that suits you both.

Ask if they signed up for the 7-day free trial. This is our BUSINESS MODEL at GLN. Get them started. Help them get the most of the 7 days. They could earn their 1st commission without any out-of-pocket expense.

I’m following up to see if you have any questions. When people respond to your Lead Capture Page and fill out the form, they may not have followed the process to the Thank You Page that gives detailed instructions on what to do next.

See where they stopped and get them back on the right step to move them forward.

This is common when talking to people. They get this look, even on the phone.

When contemplating how much return you want from your harvest, you must look at how much seed are you going to plant? The more seed you plant the bigger the HARVEST.

Business is the same way. Planting as many seeds as possible is PARAMOUNT. What is your seed? LCP-Lead Capture Page. I personally use several different pages.

People don’t like seeing the same offer over and over. Be creative in your thinking process. Do tests to see what works best.

What is your offer? ANYONE?—– IT’S YOU. You are YOUR OFFER. If people don’t know you, do you really think they will buy from you? Brand yourself TO BE the go-to person. Let people know you can solve their problems.

Look at OUR leaders. Their success has come from years of building their lists, Watering those lists ( communicating) with people, and guiding them to the best offers. Putting more people on your list is the NUMBER 1 GOAL of any marketer, so be SMART. Add to YOUR list daily.

Leaving Your Mark

I was complaining to God, can you really hear me? Do you really understand? I got an instant text from a Chaplain Friend of mine from Breezewood, Pa, saying he was praying for me and my family.

Tears rolled down my cheeks. I knew right then and there God was listening and cares for me. Today I offer gratitude, thankfulness, and a heart full of LOVE.

I leave my mark on my sweet bride, by offering funny emojis throughout the day to let her know how special she is in my life. Telling and showing Regina my love for her by acts of service. That’s my love language to her.

I do special things for my two girls. I always want them to be daddy’s girls. Driving to my daughter’s work to put her tag sticker on her car because she forgot and was driving with a expired tag.

People I’m in business with, I leave my blog, share my ideas, and show respect and love for my personal leaders.

I share the best advice with those who come behind me. Things I learn from the leaders-Like follow-up, how to talk to people, how to set up ads, Why we follow the system to the letter.

In marketing, why is there the feeling of My Ad Is better than your Ad?

Yes, there are fabulous ads that catch your ATTENTION, others we just skip by. Why is that? Is it words we use, pictures we send, or the wrong words and pictures for the niche?

The simple truth is that most advertisers sound like a mob of two-year-olds in a day-care center, each one jumping and crying, “Me! Me! Me! Watch me! Look at me!”

Here Are MY helpful hints:

You’re targeting the wrong audience. You haven’t addressed the needs of potential customers. Zzzzzzz…your ads are boring! Your ads are cluttered and overwhelming.

Your potential customers can’t relate. There is no call to action. You haven’t leveraged the right tools.

All these are factors in determining what will work BEST FOR YOU.

Does putting an amazing offer in front of people influence them to buy even if they don’t have an immediate or compelling want or need?

Does an amazing offer force someone to buy if they don’t have a budget? No, it doesn’t. So your ad gets completely ignored and you don’t get any response.

What if you find potential prospects and get their permission to market to them on a more consistent basis and with more targeted offers while spending less money?

Looking over this chart, a free member would need 65 people at beginner, 35 people at Pro level, 12 people at advanced level, 6 members at Elite level, and 3 members at VIP level to reach the 10K per month. This must be done each month to maintain 10K per month. Each Upgrade gives you higher commissions to help you reach your 10K per month faster.

When you want people to come in as a VIP level $1200, I believe you must be a VIP. How can you recommend VIP if you yourself are not VIP. I hope that is clear.
