So what is your skill level and are you willing to improve your skill level?

Think about this statement: Everyone starts at the beginner level. You move on from there. I hear people say they have no skills. I get that, I was there once. I have set myself up to learn one new skill per day.

So where do we begin? Do you use a laptop, phone, or tablet? This will determine what skill level you will start at.

Your phone only gets you so far. Not all businesses are designed for phone access. I’m part of the Wow app group. Most of this is phone use which works well to earn money and make contacts. I can help anyone who is interested in how Wowapp works.

Tablet gives you almost as much as a laptop. The difference is typing and using a mouse. A tablet is good for people on the go. Whip it out, use it and get on with life.

The Laptop is where I do the bulk of my business. From advertising to my viral mailers and traffic exchanges to writing this blog. I can buy solo ads, Facebook chat, create new landing pages.

Mastering the ability to learn will get you in the game and keep you there. Daily activities, yes doing the same thing over and over until you master it should be your goal.

Knowing how to actively grow and develop a skill is a skill in itself, and if you understand how the principles of learning work, it will be easier to learn any new skill in the future.

This is a must-Take action. Don’t let a day go by where you just sit by and do nothing. One small action can produce BIG results.

Breaking down a skill. Every skill has several sub-skills. To improve faster it is useful to find the sub-skills that are most important and focus on improving them.

Always look for ways to improve. Think about the next statement for a minute. If you don’t search for what will make you better, you will never find it. Just some good food for thought.

View a challenge as a great opportunity to learn. The real goal isn’t to practice, it’s progress. The progress you can measure. Keep track of your progress. Write it down and study it.

Find the optimal time of day to practice. Everyone has a time that works best for them. Use it to your advantage. Create a learning environment that facilitates practice.

A good learning environment requires that you have full focus on the learning, so remove all distractions.

My number one skill that I really had to spend time on was: Paying attention. You want to be focused on the small corrections you can make to perform better.

Try to focus on the details that can make you improve at the skill you are learning. Paying attention is more than just listening, but putting into action what was being taught.

How we learn skills can take a lifetime to fully master. Do it daily and see the biggest growth in your life and the life of your business.

I personally ask about their dreams. How long they have worked at a job, how long they have been pursuing their dream, their family, or anything that seems relevant.

I have fun, telling jokes, making dance moves to music I hear, complimenting them on something like their glasses, shoes, car. You get the point, RIGHT?

When people share they are interested in making money, that light bulb goes off for me and I ask if I can send them my link to what I’m doing. I have several different marketing businesses that I can share.

It’s all about the PEOPLE. Make them feel they are the most important person in the world which they are.

Don’t Give Up. Thomas Edison tried 10,000 different items to create the light bulb. 10,001 was the magic key. Now we benefit from his passion. What could YOURS be that has lasting benefits for the world?

There will be times where you fall and don’t want to keep going. I have failed numerous times. Want to quit. Said enough is enough. Then that spirit kicks in, try one more time and off the the races I go. I know you have done the same, so KEEP GOING, DON’T QUIT EVER.

When you call your lead, start off by asking if you are speaking with(person name)—-This is (Your Name Here) and you recently filled out a form about making money from home. Do you have a few moments to talk?

Our main task here at GLN is to get people involved. Point them to the 7-minute video. Then ask if they are part of the Facebook and Telegraph rooms.

From there, they will get all the help they need, regardless of your experience. The GLN Team will work to “convert” your free member to a paid member!

KEEP PEOPLE MOVING FORWARD. Help keep them from going to the left or right away from their goal.

You should have your BackOffice script at hand. Everything will be at your fingertips. This makes you look professional.

Ask questions. Wait for their response.

If they answer yes … First things first, ask if they watch the video in the member’s area! Then ask if they have any questions about the program, did they start the 6 steps to setup their GLN system?

Pause to send the email which you have ready to send before you call!

Once you send them the email, verify that they received it
Once they say they have received it, tell them you can wait while they watch the video or you can call them back. Make sure you set a time to call them back and have them commit to that time.

Even more questions to ask. Do you have any experience with online programs like this one?

Do you have a budget for an online business? A monthly advertising budget?

The answer to these two questions will tell you volumes about your lead and whether or not you want to continue asking questions

Are You Staking Your CLAIM?

This trip has been good for me. Rest from driving. I got to my 1st stop yesterday afternoon. I got all the money making activities done and got a great nights sleep.

Day two, 2nd stop not till Thursday so I get more rest and a chance at all my money making activities for today. Woot Woot.

During the Alaska gold rush, would-be gold prospectors found a spot of ground where they thought there might be some gold, and would ” stake a claim”.

Some plots of property are just more valuable than others because of what is in the ground. Can you see where I’m going with this. I hope so, so hold on and let’s get to diggin.

You would stake your claim by actually driving a wooden stake into the ground with you name and a rough description of the area you were claiming. It was binding according to the law. If someone disputed it, you went and dug up the stake bearing your name and rough description of the claim.

You would say “See, I’ve claimed it according to the law and I am in the process of possession.

Have you “STAKED YOUR CLAIM” on your life, family, business, neighborhood and cities?

What tools are you using to” stake your claim”?

In business, we have many tools for prospecting ( leads). Doing the digging (work) of finding good leads and people worth working with. Not everyone is a good fit for our business. Some people are gold nuggets that need to be uncovered.

I would rather have a few good quality people to work with then 100″s of tire kickers.

I have a tool box filled full of the right tools to get the job done.

GLN is my CLAIM. I staked it and digging for the gold. I have had a few nuggets already and taken them to the banker to weigh them out.

I have viral mailers and traffic exchanges for shaking the dirt to see if any gold nuggets appear.

TCP– The Conversion Pro is a tool I used daily. It is a multi-purpose tool.

Udimi is a prospectors diggin tool. Must have.

Now that you know to “stake your claim”, set up your campsite, get out our tools and walk down to the best spot for gold and start diggin.
