Are You Staking Your CLAIM?

This trip has been good for me. Rest from driving. I got to my 1st stop yesterday afternoon. I got all the money making activities done and got a great nights sleep.

Day two, 2nd stop not till Thursday so I get more rest and a chance at all my money making activities for today. Woot Woot.

During the Alaska gold rush, would-be gold prospectors found a spot of ground where they thought there might be some gold, and would ” stake a claim”.

Some plots of property are just more valuable than others because of what is in the ground. Can you see where I’m going with this. I hope so, so hold on and let’s get to diggin.

You would stake your claim by actually driving a wooden stake into the ground with you name and a rough description of the area you were claiming. It was binding according to the law. If someone disputed it, you went and dug up the stake bearing your name and rough description of the claim.

You would say “See, I’ve claimed it according to the law and I am in the process of possession.

Have you “STAKED YOUR CLAIM” on your life, family, business, neighborhood and cities?

What tools are you using to” stake your claim”?

In business, we have many tools for prospecting ( leads). Doing the digging (work) of finding good leads and people worth working with. Not everyone is a good fit for our business. Some people are gold nuggets that need to be uncovered.

I would rather have a few good quality people to work with then 100″s of tire kickers.

I have a tool box filled full of the right tools to get the job done.

GLN is my CLAIM. I staked it and digging for the gold. I have had a few nuggets already and taken them to the banker to weigh them out.

I have viral mailers and traffic exchanges for shaking the dirt to see if any gold nuggets appear.

TCP– The Conversion Pro is a tool I used daily. It is a multi-purpose tool.

Udimi is a prospectors diggin tool. Must have.

Now that you know to “stake your claim”, set up your campsite, get out our tools and walk down to the best spot for gold and start diggin.

Are Your Days Blurring Together?

Michael The Traveling Trucker, Here. My driving keeps me real busy. Some days blur into other days and I forget where I am and what I’m doing. Have you had similar days?

Have you looked in the mirror lately? Has the thought, who Am I come to mind?

It takes concentration, planning and action to stay focused.

DAILY HABITS TO FOLLOW.

Setting quarterly goals that align with a larger 3-year vision and 1-year goals. Daily habits ensure that you are on the right track. Advertising, follow up with leads and prospects, getting out your daily mailers. Money-making activities.

Measure everything. It’s critical to track everything. If you don’t how will you know what works and what doesn’t. Making sure you get what you paid for( clicks for the solo ad). Measuring what viral mailers bring in the best results.

You will be in constant action, refining the marketing plan, improving the sales process, training and developing your style of operation.

As a result, your business will likely be in a constant state of growth, therefore, forcing your hand to continually add more great people to your team. The more the merrier, RIGHT?

Why stay away from coasting? Coasting for too long gives you a false sense of achievement. Coasting can often feel like driving, but in reality, you are stuck on the Hamster Wheel of your business and not moving forward towards any clear goals.

Coasting in general terms is getting the day to day work done with no focus or strategy for growth with an action plan for making it happen. Keep your business from going stagnant. Your business will likely die if you stop driving over a sustained period of time.

Here are a few strategies for your consideration.

Build a sales funnel. Sales funnels can help to automate your business. It helps you to scale and grow quickly and easily.

Create a customer loyalty program. Building a customer loyalty program will help you retain customers. It might also help you attract new ones as well. Build an attractive loyalty program that brings value to your customers.

Identify new opportunities. There are likely dozens of new opportunities you could pursue immediately with the proper amount of searching.

Build an email list. This is your main focus. Building a list of customers is key to any business surviving.

Form strategic partnerships.

Strategic partnerships with the right companies can truly make a world of difference. Make sure the business you are looking at compliments yours.

Build passive income streams. Passive income will afford you the opportunity to make mistakes and not have to lose your shirt. It’ll keep you in business and provide a basis to grow and market and scale quickly by giving you ample resources.

Create a webinar. Webinars are a great way to promote any product or service. It can also help you grow any business relatively fast. Webinars provide an automated selling tool for literally taking any product or service to market and reaching a wide audience quickly. The webinar medium is great for captivating audiences to clinch sale after sale, automatically.

He climbed the mountain seeking the wise man. Days of treacherous, agonizing, life-threatening climbing to reach the summit, the wise man sat there.

He looked at the wise man and the wise man looked back. Finally he spoke. Why have you come all this way, when there were wise people all around you at home?

We think there is a secret formula. Looking to the far reaches of the universe.

Your car brakes down, you seek a wise mechanic. Body hurting, seek a wise doctor. Marriage failing, seek a wise counselor.

The reason, I’m reluctant to seek wise counsel is being hurt by people I thought were wise. I hated people when I was drinking and drugging.

I never listened to anyone for anything. I only kept my own counsel, and because I did, every aspect of my life suffered.

The Book of Proverbs was written by King Solomon.

Proverb1:1-These are the proverbs of Solomon, David’s son, King of Isreal.

2) Their purpose is to teach people wisdom and discipline, to help them understand the insights of the wise.

3) Their purpose is to teach people to live disciplined and successful lives, to help them do what is right, just, and fair.

4) These proverbs will give insight to the simple, knowledge and discernment to the young.

5) Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser.

6) Let those with understanding receive guidance by exploring the meaning in these parables, the words of the wise, and their riddles.

7) Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.

Where you will be in 5 years is dependent upon the books you read and the people you hang out with. Today you access to the internet and a fountain of people and knowledge.

Please take the wisdom from others with a grain of salt. Meditate, research and follow through on ALL TEACHINGS. See what fits and benefits you, OK?

I love the wisdom that comes from interacting with others through the internet. When I seek writing, there are writers who give tips for writing. Crypto knowledge is vast and can be confusing. There are people who make their living studying crypto.

You have list building videos, marketing videos, sales videos and the list goes on and on.

What to learn cooking? Guess what you can find, cooking videos.

My wife replaced the window motor on her car by watching a video. She paid less than 50.00 for the motor and had it installed in 30 minutes saving 400.00 by not going to the mechanic. She loved the feeling of accomplishment.

I had an issue on my laptop when clicking on Affiliate, then going down to advertising resources, I was not getting the box that holds the resources . I had to use the zoom to minimize my screen to 67%. All the resources were displayed after that.

The first page is your set up page. Steps 1-6, all with videos to guide you.

When you decide, I’m going to build a business, fund it, learn from the leaders, I don’t care how old you are, from teens to grand paws, you can DO IT.

It will take time to build so don’t be in a hurry. Build everyday, fund your business monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Remember, the more you do, the bigger it will get.

Find a funnel that fits your thinking. What do you stand for? What are you going to share with new people daily? Our niche’ is Digital Education Marketing. Become A Believer In What You Are DOING, until you do, people will know and not follow you.

People need to be gently lead. So become the leader and lead. It’s so worth it.

LEADERS ARE READERS. What are you reading or listening to for motivation? Have you read “Who stole My Cheese”, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, How to Win Friends And Influence People?

Building your list. It’s a numbers game. The more people you have to work with the better. My mentor adds people to her list daily, weekly, and monthly. There is a variety of things done to produce the results she is looking for.

From changing up her Lead Capture page-(update regularly) for variety is the spice of life. Solo ads-Udimi, bought at the beginning of each month. Viral mailers, social media. Co-op shares.

I FOLLOW THE LEADERS,WHY-THEY GET RESULTS.

Being creative is fun, easy, and exciting. The more eyeballs that see your pages the better. Any good business spends money to promote what they want people to buy, but there is a process. Know, like, and trust . People have to get to know you. This is called branding yourself. For me it’s-Michael The Traveling Trucker.

It’s building those relationships on an ongoing basis. Talking to people on the phone or talking via a video should be natural, fun, and exciting.

It should be a bit scary the 1st time then should become easier. Don’t waste time on the ” I can’t do this and focus on the I CAN DO THIS. I GOT THIS.

Here are the scripts from the back office of GLN:

Phone Call Script To Free Members

-Hi is this (Your Prospects Name Here)?
-When they say yes it is, you respond with this — This is (Your Name Here) from the Genesis Lifestyle Network. Is this a good time to talk?
-Pause and continue based on their response
-I’m following up to see if you have any questions.
-Have you had a chance to log in to the member’s area yet?
-Pause and continue based on their response
-If they answer no … Recommend they log in, ask if they have time now
-If they answer yes … First things first, ask if they watch the video in the member’s area! Then ask if they have any questions about the program, did they start the 6 steps to set up their GLN system?
Are they interested in moving forward with GLN, even at the beginner level?

You job here is to direct them to get involved. Get them to join the FB Group and the Telegram Group. From there, they will get all the help they need, regardless of your experience. The GLN Team will work to “convert” your free member to a paid member!

-When they say yes it is, you respond with this –This is (Your Name Here) and you recently filled out a form about making money from home. Do you have a few moments to talk?
-Pause and continue based on their response
-I’m following up to see if you have any questions.
-Did you watch the on-demand webinar after you filled out the form?
-If they say no, respond with this — Are you looking for a way to make money from home?
-If they say yes, ask them this — Do you have a few moments right now to watch the on-demand webinar?
-If they say yes, respond with this — I will send you the link via email, what is a good email address?
-When they give you their email, respond with this – Ok, one moment here it comes.
-Pause to send the email which you have ready to send before you call!
-Once you send them the email, verify that they received it
-Once they say they have received it, tell them you can wait while they watch the video or you can call them back. Make sure you set a time to call them back and have them commit to that time.__________________________________________________In reality, a script is just a guide for useful things to ask and say. You will be lead by the person on the other end of the phone. Keep your conversation on track, ask questions to determine if this is a “Hot or Not” prospect.
