Hello Everyone, This Is Michael The Traveling Trucker. Today’s adventure is: “The POWER Of IMPACT”

A father asks his 1o-year-old son to get a 1/2 socket. Now climb up onto this stool. See this bolt, take the socket and place it over the bolt. Gently push the handle forward. That’s good. Now pull the handle back toward you. Feel the resistance, now put pressure pulling back to loosen the bolt. You can do it. The bolt begins to loosen. The smile on his son’s face says it all. Great job. Now take the bolt completely out. Ok, see this bolt, do the same. The father just watches as the son finishes the task. Because of the impact of a father’s love, a 10-year-old became a mechanic in his heart.

Everything around us has an IMPACT on our lives. Positive or negative. When we see a good movie, hear a great song, read a motivational book…… Yes, the list goes on and on. Being polite, when others are mean. Helping out an elderly neighbor with yard work. Being an encourager with everyone just because you choose to. IMPACT, IMPACT, IMPACT…….

In our business, we have an impact on how steps are taken. I remember Rob showing me how to change my splash page with my photo. The scripts we speak to future members. Following instructions to download a video, making a phone call, writing your 1st blog. We see the makers and shakers per se, helping us to understand cryptocurrency, making money with a product or service.

Fear can also have an IMPACT on things. My friend and former Pastor-Scott Reece wrote a book: Thirty-one Days Of Peace. On day fifteen, he wrote that once you give in to fear, the effects of it are paralyzing. It will affect you, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and can lead to instability, unhappiness, and discontentment. Fear will drain you of your spiritual life and sap you of vision, perspective, and confidence. Fear will separate you from everything.

Who Is making the biggest impact on your life? Family, friend, co-worker, Pastor, a lady at the bank….. Folks whether you believe it or not, impact molds us, make us strong or weak, make us laugh, or cry. What we must choose carefully is what do we want to IMPACT us?

As a professional Trucker with 26 years of driving, Yes I have seen quite a bit. Parts of all 48 states and parts of Canada. Right now I only do about 2500 miles per week. There were weeks when 4000 miles was the norm. I love the mountains views, river scenes, and lots of ocean boats of every sort and color. I have seen the majestic hot air balloons in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There were over 150 balloons racing across the sky. Colors for as far as the eyes could see.

Today’s topic comes from way back in time to the front and center present. For some, this was the way of life.

New traffic patterns began to emerge.

Then on to technology.

Each of these represents a new pattern. Years have gone into each pattern. Each one becoming more advanced then the last.

Back to driving. On the road, we see lanes change, concrete walls appear almost overnight. New lines in the road, so watch out and pay attention. Flashing lights, road crews and much more making our highways better for the next year. Advancements. More care. More safety.

GPS is a satellite navigation system used to determine ground position and velocity (location, speed, and direction). My business is Global (meaning I interact with people from all over the world). I help determine how fast someone goes, and what direction to send them. I’m in the right POSITION. I know what I have to offer and how to display the material that helps people take action. Your GPS gives you great graphics and voice commands to keep on the right pathway. Being a Coach, we give voice commands and graphics for people to follow. Having the best SYSTEM-This is what people are looking for. This is why people put their information in the form(GPS). They want a destination to go to. They know where they would like to go, but don’t have all the knowledge to get there. This is where the 3 steps quick guide comes in.

What do you do with a GPS? If you have a phone or GPS device, you put in information, so you can navigate from one location to another safely and swiftly. I believe that travel is an appropriate metaphor for any of our goals and dreams. We don’t have to know how we’re going to get from point A to point B in our lives before we create the vision for our destination. If we stop our flow of thoughts or ideas because we can’t figure out how we might get to some endpoint, we’ll never even get out of the driveway, let alone know where we want to go. And, while there are numerous steps between envisioning and achieving an outcome (like information gathering, heart-opening, hard labor, or clearing away limiting beliefs), we can’t begin in the middle of the trek. Clarity of vision and intention-setting comes first. We must have a vision. A few days ago, I came across Napoleon Hill’s quote, “What the mind of man can conceive and believe, the mind of man can achieve.”

I believe that a great number of people have read this quote, liked it, and were inspired by it. However, how many really thought about it, acted according to it, and achieved what they conceived in their mind?

What Is a PROSPECT?

A prospect is a potential customer that has been qualified as fitting certain criteria. Determining if a contact is a sales prospect is the first step in the selling process. Once you’ve determined that the person meets the criteria, they’re a prospect and can move into the next phase of the selling process. Prospects don’t have to have indicated an interest in buying; they just need to meet the mentioned criteria.

How Prospects Work: It is the act of finding leads and turning them into prospects. Leads come from various places; you can buy lists, skim the phone book, search the internet, or talk to people while you’re waiting in line at the store. In most cases, whatever form you use, your goal is to determine if the person could become a prospect. You determine this by qualifying them on one criterion, usually your target market.

Once you’ve determined that the lead could be a prospect, you then work to qualify them under the other criteria, which can be done in various ways, including a phone call, in-person meeting, online form, or email. Prospects vs. Leads

Like many industries or occupations, the business sales field has many words unique to its own language and use. Terms will often be used interchangeably, even though they don’t mean the same thing. This is the case with the business sales terms “prospect” and “lead.”

A prospect is often confused as a lead, but there’s a fundamental difference. A lead is an unqualified contact; any potential client or customer you meet that hasn’t been qualified as a prospect is a lead. In the sales process, you gather leads first, qualify them into prospects, and then move them through your sales funnel or process.

When we read, we think in pictures. When someone tells us a story of their vacation, we see pictures. In business, we think in pictures.

The words we use are important to get people the right picture. While it is important that we respect everyone we meet in our lives, it is equally important that we perform such deeds that can help us earn respect. Respect is the greatest asset that a person earns through his behavior and activities done for the office, home, or for the community. Our pictures must show respect, value, and well being. We want people to have a good picture of our business. When we use words like-tools, coop, lead capture page, landing page, autoresponder, we want people to have the right picture so they can use them correctly.

Using negative words still gives us pictures. These picture never give us the result we want or need. You’ll never make it, your no good, your a loser, nobody likes you…….. The list goes on for ever.

It is important that parents teach their kids to respect their elders, grandparents, teachers, their fellow friends and everyone living in their surroundings. Only then we will be able to build a positive society. Nowadays, people lose temper on small issues and indulge into altercations which turn out to be violent sometimes. If children are taught to forgive negligible matters and learn to respect the people around, they would grow up to be happier children.
