I am asking myself these very questions. I am beginning to like what I see. I pray you honestly look at your business and like what you see. If not, CHANGE what you are doing. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I have parts that resemble my sponsor’s business, but sorely lacking in others. I am in the process of forming habits that mirror my sponsor.

Am I promoting every day? Am I setting up solo ads on a regular basis? Am I Calling, texting, emailing my leads and prospects? Am I sending out a broadband message to my group under me?

Am I building my list with coop and solo ads? Am I teaching what I have learned?

Am I changing up my lead capture page? Thinking of different email messages?

Am I building my relationships with my people? Am I helping solve their pain problem?

When I look at my sponsor, Rob Gehring, he is active every single day from early to late. He is coaching, mentoring, building his list, contacting all his leads and prospects. He has his calendar filled. He does weekly webinars.

He is not only engaging his prospects but engaging core members as well. He makes recommendations and offers solutions.

At the end of the day, does your bank account look like your sponsors? OUCH. This is directed at me. I can’t let doubt and fear creep in and steal my business.

What Are The Sounds Of Success?

BIG QUESTION? What does success sound like? You see dear reader, it has a different sound for each of US.

My sound is leading someone to Christ and having them give their life to Him. I can hear heaven singing over one lost soul.

Do you hear the sound of encouragement, the laughter of being a close friend to someone nobody else wants or even knows exists?

Is your sound the timer going off to a finished meal? The sizzling sounds in the pan, the oven humming, the kettle whistling for you to get your favorite cup for tea?

Is your sound landscaping? Engine roaring, weedeater spinning, shears clicking to a rhythm of the last song you heard? My wife, she is talking to me as I write says it’s birds singing, squirrels squeaking as they chase each other around the tree. Bees flying and hummingbirds feeding.

There are beautiful sounds all around if one but listens. I love the sound of my wife saying she deeply loves me. My girls saying, love your daddy( oldest daughter) youngest saying with an English accent( I love you father). so what are your SOUNDS?

Business has a distinct sound. Sharing one’s own knowledge and experience with somebody who lacks them will empower the latter. There are many people desperately looking for advice, suggestions, and opinions when they face difficult business situations

What is the sound of Casual English vs. Business Language? What you write on Facebook, Twitter, and friendly emails are different from business language.

How to SOUND PROFESSIONAL: Provide or (Give)

Casual: Could you give me your cell number?

Professional: Could you provide me with your cell number?

2) Receive or (Get)

Casual: Did you get the message I sent you yesterday?

Professional: Did you receive the message yesterday?

3) Attend or (Come)

Casual: I’m sorry but I can’t come to your brother’s wedding.

Professional: I’m sorry but I can’t attend your brother’s wedding.

4) Assist or (Help)

Casual: I need you to help John with his homework.

Professional: I need you to assist the customer with his laptop.

Each of these can and will make a big sound in your business. For some of us, the sounds may not seem very important but they are. Please take time to do your own research. Do what fits your sound style.

Make ‘We’re in This Together’ Your Theme Song. All your people need your leadership to show what the proper sounds are, words to use, and pictures to show. Guidance is your responsibility and should be practiced every day.

Show the world your lifestyle leadership sounds. Make them loud and proud.

How To Train A Horse To JUMP?

Ride’um cowboy. Hello Everyone Michael The Traveling Trucker. Today’s adventure is really training ourselves and our team.

So, how do you train a horse to jump? You start by putting the jumping bar on the ground. Have the horse walk over it over and over. It’s called TRAINING.

You raise the bar one foot off the ground. Get the horse to jump over it again and again. It’s called TRAINING.

You continue to raise the bar, higher and higher. It’s called TRAINING. Before you know it the horse is responding magnificently.

Most of the people online in our niche of affiliate marketing from CLB, TL2Ivm , and GLN know and trust Janet Legere. Her TRAINING is just like training a horse.

She gets us to jump over the bar– Building your list, lead capture page, thank you page, advertising. As time goes on, she raises the bar. Buying your first Adimi solo ad. Writing your blog. Talking on the phone. It’s called, WHAT? YES, TRAINING.

Are You Carrying The Sack?

Wonderful Sunday To all from Michael The Traveling Trucker. Today’s insight is into your personal world. I look at the mirror first and see my own reflection.

I see my own sack. I carried my sack for years so I know from personal experience.

You have one. A sack. A burlap sack. Probably aren’t even aware of it, may not have been told about it. Could be your don’t even remember it, but it was given to you.

A sack. An itchy, scratchy burlap sack. The sack carry’s the stones. All shapes and sizes, All unwanted. You didn’t request them. You didn’t seek them, but you were given them.

Don’t remember? Some were rocks of rejection. The try outs that you didn’t make the team or got the part in the play. They said you weren’t good enough. You thought you were but they said NO.

You don’t live long before you get a collection of stones. Make a poor grade, a bad choice, you make a mess. Get called a few names. Get mocked. Get abused.

And the stones don’t stop with adolescences. And so the sack gets heavy.

Look into the sack and you will see other stones of regret. Regret for the time you lost your temper, lost control, lost your pride, lost your priorities, and even regret the hour you lost your innocence.

Time goes on and the sack gets heavy. Way to heavy. That’s why people look so miserable. How do you have dreams for a future when all your energy is required to shoulder the past?

Today I take you by the hand and lead you to the KINDEST verse in the BIBLE. Matthew 11:28-29 ” Come to me, all of you who are tired and have heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Accept my teachings and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit, and you will find rest for your lives. The teaching I ask you to accept is easy; the load I give you to carry is light”.

You have tried so many things to release the heartache, the burden of guilt, the hate, the shame. Release them all to God. It won’t be easy, I know from my past.

I was so weighed down with my own sack. I walked with my head down. I didn’t look into peoples faces, for I knew they could see the real me. I thought I was a total failure and walked in that burden for more than 30 years.

God set me FREE. I am so thankful He choose me. Today I strongly believe and share God with anyone who will listen to the GOOD NEWS.

Each day choose to look in the mirror and say” I am BEAUTIFUL, well LOVED, and I have a great future ahead of me”.

Look at that radiant smile. Your heart beats with joy, love, and excitement once again. You begin the sing, laugh, and tell the world,” I’m here to stay and I refuse your junk”.

Today I offer you Friendship, Hope, Love, and Acceptance. Come walk this journey with me. As a team, we can carry each other’s burdens which makes carrying the sack liter.

I hope you see how valuable you really are. There is just one of you. There will never be another you. Walk with your head up, shoulders back, pep in your step.

I make a pick up every Thursday in Toughkenamon, Pa for mushrooms to deliver back in Georgia. I have made a great friend, Anthony. I have built this relationship for the last year. I got to CF Logistics early yesterday so called Anthony. He came and picked me up. Last night I met his wife and shared a meal. Got to share life with this precious couple. What a blessing.

Today is your victory day, your breakthrough day, you rise up and PROCLAIM: Today I’m free and moving through my goals with passion and exuberance.

You speak out to the UNIVERSE, “I’m a success and will never look back in doubt or fear”.

Today you are becoming an affirmative leader: you put other people first.

Affiliative leaders lavish a lot of praise. Look at our leaders. People like Janet, Jared and Rob are lavish speaking leaders. They give of themselves to speak words of praise, letting people know how valuable they are and the work they are doing is on track for success.

At their core, affiliative leaders are nurturing. They believe and promote Tighter-Knit Teams. Working with those who are action takers, ask lots of questions, implement recommendations and drive their businesses forward each day.

3 Ways To Speak MONEY

MONEY HAS A VOICE AND IT SHOULD SOUND LIKE YOU, DOES IT?

Money is attracted to me. I use money as a tool. Money flows through my life.

Great day to be alive. Michael The Traveling Trucker brings the gift of wealth to all who read this. It is for your use to bless yourself, your family, and others.

Most people speak lack, poverty, inadequacy, doubt, and fear. DON’T BE ONE OF THESE PEOPLE. SPEAK WEALTH AND LIFE.

What’s keeping you from being rich? In most cases it’s simply a lack of belief. In order to become rich, you must believe you can do it, and you must take the actions necessary to achieve your goal. – Suze Orman

You have to be careful about the vocabulary you use because every word thought, spoken, or written, if inner-directed, constitutes programming, instructions to your subconscious mind.

What you say in your head (think) and speak out loud manifests. It is accurate to say that the way you think about money and the language you use about money matters a GREAT DEAL.

Money should come to you easily. Money is NOT hard earned. Speak to money, that it will flow easily through your life and in abundance.

Writing down goals is a form of speaking to yourself. Carefully think about what you really want. How long it will take you( This can be adjusted) and how you will accomplish the tasks set before you.

What you speak reveals what you are. There is a unique language used by wealth-attracting entrepreneurs. Their language is honest, and a natural reflection of there beliefs about money and wealth.

Money is naturally attracted to the person most confident and comfortable about it.

Look up words that deal with money. Use your vocabulary dictionary and see the best words for money. Look at their meaning and begin to use them in your mental speech.

Talk positive money talk to yourself daily. Money is at my disposal. I use money wisely to help others. Money comes to me on a daily basis. I never worry about money, I have more than enough.
