How To Conduct The Business Interview?

Hello Everyone, Yes, it is time for the BUSINESS INTERVIEW. Don’t get nervous. I’m Michael The Traveling Trucker and I will be doing the interview.

Let me start off by saying, we have all been in an interview. Some of us were so nervous, we couldn’t think straight. Some of us were self-confident and answered honestly. Some were not even sure why you were here.

In Affiliate Marketing, using our phones for the interview should sound pleasant. Don’t make it sound like you are selling something.

As the interviewer, stay relaxed. You control the tone of the interview. IT IS YOUR BUSINESS.

Here are some hints to follow when seeing if people fit your business.

Always remember to make all your conversations ALL about them and be a great listener and provide insight and value to help your new member or lead on their path to starting their own online business.

Check out their social media profile. This will help you to determine their suitability to you and your business.

Call your people with a SMALL list of questions. If people don’t respond, DON’T CHASE them. They contacted you 1st. Work with people who want to work with you. MAKE SENSE?

Introduce yourself and why you are calling. Ask if now is a good time to talk. If not set up a time that suits you both.

Ask if they signed up for the 7-day free trial. This is our BUSINESS MODEL at GLN. Get them started. Help them get the most of the 7 days. They could earn their 1st commission without any out-of-pocket expense.

I’m following up to see if you have any questions. When people respond to your Lead Capture Page and fill out the form, they may not have followed the process to the Thank You Page that gives detailed instructions on what to do next.

See where they stopped and get them back on the right step to move them forward.

This is common when talking to people. They get this look, even on the phone.

Have you had a chance to log in to the member’s area yet? If they say no, ask if they can log in NOW. You’ll wait and help them with the setup process.

First things first, ask if they watch the video in the member’s area! Then ask if they have any questions about the program, did they start the 6 steps to set up their GLN system?
Are they interested in moving forward with GLN, even at the beginner level?

When contemplating how much return you want from your harvest, you must look at how much seed are you going to plant? The more seed you plant the bigger the HARVEST.

Business is the same way. Planting as many seeds as possible is PARAMOUNT. What is your seed? LCP-Lead Capture Page. I personally use several different pages.

People don’t like seeing the same offer over and over. Be creative in your thinking process. Do tests to see what works best.

What is your offer? ANYONE?—– IT’S YOU. You are YOUR OFFER. If people don’t know you, do you really think they will buy from you? Brand yourself TO BE the go-to person. Let people know you can solve their problems.

Look at OUR leaders. Their success has come from years of building their lists, Watering those lists ( communicating) with people, and guiding them to the best offers. Putting more people on your list is the NUMBER 1 GOAL of any marketer, so be SMART. Add to YOUR list daily.

I was complaining to God, can you really hear me? Do you really understand? I got an instant text from a Chaplain Friend of mine from Breezewood, Pa, saying he was praying for me and my family.

Tears rolled down my cheeks. I knew right then and there God was listening and cares for me. Today I offer gratitude, thankfulness, and a heart full of LOVE.

I leave my mark on my sweet bride, by offering funny emojis throughout the day to let her know how special she is in my life. Telling and showing Regina my love for her by acts of service. That’s my love language to her.

I do special things for my two girls. I always want them to be daddy’s girls. Driving to my daughter’s work to put her tag sticker on her car because she forgot and was driving with a expired tag.

People I’m in business with, I leave my blog, share my ideas, and show respect and love for my personal leaders.

I share the best advice with those who come behind me. Things I learn from the leaders-Like follow-up, how to talk to people, how to set up ads, Why we follow the system to the letter.

In marketing, why is there the feeling of My Ad Is better than your Ad?

Yes, there are fabulous ads that catch your ATTENTION, others we just skip by. Why is that? Is it words we use, pictures we send, or the wrong words and pictures for the niche?

The simple truth is that most advertisers sound like a mob of two-year-olds in a day-care center, each one jumping and crying, “Me! Me! Me! Watch me! Look at me!”

Here Are MY helpful hints:

You’re targeting the wrong audience. You haven’t addressed the needs of potential customers. Zzzzzzz…your ads are boring! Your ads are cluttered and overwhelming.

Your potential customers can’t relate. There is no call to action. You haven’t leveraged the right tools.

All these are factors in determining what will work BEST FOR YOU.

Does putting an amazing offer in front of people influence them to buy even if they don’t have an immediate or compelling want or need?

Does an amazing offer force someone to buy if they don’t have a budget? No, it doesn’t. So your ad gets completely ignored and you don’t get any response.

What if you find potential prospects and get their permission to market to them on a more consistent basis and with more targeted offers while spending less money?

Looking over this chart, a free member would need 65 people at beginner, 35 people at Pro level, 12 people at advanced level, 6 members at Elite level, and 3 members at VIP level to reach the 10K per month. This must be done each month to maintain 10K per month. Each Upgrade gives you higher commissions to help you reach your 10K per month faster.

When you want people to come in as a VIP level $1200, I believe you must be a VIP. How can you recommend VIP if you yourself are not VIP. I hope that is clear.

Take your time in writing down your goals. This is not a race. You are not in competition with anyone but yourself. Keep a steady pace, do your daily actions for income producing activities.

MATH TIME: To build your business strong you need at least 1000 subscribers on your list within the first month. All businesses have to go through these numbers, some will join and some will not.

On average, what is your subscribe worth? Most say around $1.00 per month.

Free traffic is a source of getting subscribers but will take a lot of time. You can leverage your time with paid traffic. After you reach your 1000 subscribers, your goal should be to reach 5000 subscribers.

Then the magic number should be 10,000 subscribers. Math: 10,000 X 1.00= $10,000 per month. Don’t stop there. What about 50,000 subscribers, even 100,000 subscribers?

Here is the process to start, 1) Have a plan of ACTION. What does it take to make 10k per month? What is your Niche going to be? Our Niche is Affiliate Marketing.

2) Create a squeeze page. This is an enticing offer that prompts people to leave their name, email, and phone number for say, a free report, free ebook.

3) This will take them through your sales funnel, so it must look good. The page will have no other link on the page. People will fill out the page and click subscribe or leave the page.

4) Where do you store your emails? This is where your autoresponder is set up. You will have a series of emails set up to deliver to your subscribers daily. Each email is set up with one thing in mind.

Taking your subscribers to paid members. We are here to MAKE MONEY, YES?

At this point, FOLLOW UP IS CRUCIAL. Building your brand. Letting people know who you are and they can trust you. YOU DO THEIR THERE BEST INTEREST AT HEART, RIGHT? Without people, WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

At this point what is your TRAFFIC PLAN? Paid , solo, viral mailers, co-op, free. Decide what your MONTHLY budget is going to be. After you start getting results, increase your budget for even greater results.

My mentor said WASH,RINSE,REPEAT. I know you must have read what I’m writing about before, bur well worth repeating. MASTER the basics and become a LEADER in your Field.

You are well on your way to making 10 k per month. Some will do this easily and others will take some time to build.

DON’T EVER QUIT. You have a starting point and an end goal in mind-YOU CAN REACH IT.

What exactly is the 10K BLUEPRINT? 1st it is a belief that you can make $10,000 per month after 90 days. 2nd, taking daily action is VITAL. We all hold strong beliefs in different things.

I have found out through my own beliefs, that many of us have a lack of vision when it comes to MONEY.

Here is my QUESTION: Do YOU believe you can make $10,000 per month after 90 days? STOP FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THINK ABOUT THIS QUESTION.

Have you ever heard the statement: Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees?

These negative thoughts have to be REPLACED with, I CAN and WILL make $10,000 dollars after ninety days. I have all the resources at MY disposal.

What thoughts are going through your mind right now after you ask yourself that question? PLEASE remember that YOU are NOT your beliefs. Your past is your past. You CAN CHANGE your thought process.

What you feed your mind daily, begins to change your beliefs. Books, motivation videos, webinar training.

Who are you LISTENING to? I have a challenge for you, ARE YOU UP FOR IT?

Write down your limiting beliefs. Take ONLY the 1st one and begin working on changing that belief. DO ONLY ONE AT A TIME. Make sense? Look at your list and pick one that relates to money, like “I have failed at internet marketing before and never made any money”.

Begin by saying: I will make money from the internet. Money comes easily to me. Money is ATTRACTED to ME. Leave yourself “POST IT NOTES EVERYWHERE. Put them where you see them numerous times per day.

Whenever a negative thought comes into your mind, counter it with a positive thought. People love to complain. This is the BIGGEST NEGATIVE BOMB. Stay away from the negative nellies.

To avoid people’s negativity- keep your plans close to your heart and DON’T tell them what your plans are. Show them by EXAMPLE.

If you don’t tell people they CAN’T try to crush your dreams. People DON’T want you to get ahead of them or leave them behind. They want you to stay in the NEGATIVE PIT. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY.

The REAL question on your mind is: SO HOW DO I MAKE $10,000 per MONTH?
