If you need more engagement on your social media pages try reading other peoples posts and commenting. Wow, never thought of that. LOL
Check out people’s Facebook pages and see who they are, what they are passionate about. See if you can offer any solutions to any problem they might have.
My mentor has done numerous videos on reading peoples posts and commenting. Showing you know their pain points and offer a solution will show you are a leader, expert in your field.
This let’s people know you are real and willing to help. We all need help, RIGHT?

Start conversations at will. Studies prove that Live chats can increase conversion rates by 40%. Users respond well to live chats; it gives them a chance of real-time interaction. It allows you to proactively engage with visitors, which is a crucial part of a positive customer support experience.
Phone calls are so important. See if you can video chat them so you see them face to face. People love to interact, so go slow and talk with them. DON’T try to sell them from the start, EVER. Get to know them 1st. Find out as much about them as you can.

Awesome post Michael. Social media is where all of our potential customers are at. But as you said, you have to let them know you care.
I see so many people just pasting links and spamming groups on FB, etc. And they wonder why they aren’t getting anywhere.
