Setting quarterly goals that align with a larger 3-year vision and 1-year goals. Daily habits ensure that you are on the right track. Advertising, follow up with leads and prospects, getting out your daily mailers. Money-making activities.

Measure everything. It’s critical to track everything. If you don’t how will you know what works and what doesn’t. Making sure you get what you paid for( clicks for the solo ad). Measuring what viral mailers bring in the best results.

You will be in constant action, refining the marketing plan, improving the sales process, training and developing your style of operation.

As a result, your business will likely be in a constant state of growth, therefore, forcing your hand to continually add more great people to your team. The more the merrier, RIGHT?

Why stay away from coasting? Coasting for too long gives you a false sense of achievement. Coasting can often feel like driving, but in reality, you are stuck on the Hamster Wheel of your business and not moving forward towards any clear goals.

Coasting in general terms is getting the day to day work done with no focus or strategy for growth with an action plan for making it happen. Keep your business from going stagnant. Your business will likely die if you stop driving over a sustained period of time.

Identify new opportunities. There are likely dozens of new opportunities you could pursue immediately with the proper amount of searching.

 Build an email list. This is your main focus. Building a list of customers is key to any business surviving.

Form strategic partnerships.

Strategic partnerships with the right companies can truly make a world of difference. Make sure the business you are looking at compliments yours.

Build passive income streams. Passive income will afford you the opportunity to make mistakes and not have to lose your shirt. It’ll keep you in business and provide a basis to grow and market and scale quickly by giving you ample resources.

Create a webinar. Webinars are a great way to promote any product or service. It can also help you grow any business relatively fast. Webinars provide an automated selling tool for literally taking any product or service to market and reaching a wide audience quickly. The webinar medium is great for captivating audiences to clinch sale after sale, automatically.
