Hello Everyone, Michael The Traveling Trucker. I’m so glad you come to visit. Can you sit a spell? So how’s your mama and them?

I forgot to tell you READER, this is southern style. Would you like some sweet tea? Can you stay for supper?

Thank you for asking about the den. Since we put in the fireplace, it can warm the den, kitchen, and dining room with a roaring fire.

When they built the add-on, no heat so we had to change that. Now walk to the kitchen door which leads downstairs to the larger den. Pick out your favorite rocker or recliner and relax.

How long you here for? Know you traveled a fer piece. Planning to see some of the sites, are ya? Stone Mountain will have the laser show every night. It’s a sight to see. Each figure displayed on the side of the mountain is 800 feet tall. The music goes so well with the storyline, which ends with fireworks.

The High Museum of Arts downtown will keep your mind occupied for hours. They have plenty of kid activities.

Plenty of places to eat. The beach from here is 4 hours down, Georgia or South Carolina. 6 hours to Florida.

Go downtown an see the Aquarium, my wife’s favorite spot. I make sure to bring her favorite lawn chair. It’s an all day event for her.

Do you like shopping? We have some of the best malls anywhere. The mall of Ga. is over a mile of walking. We have Phipps plaza, Lenox square, North point mall to name a few.

What would a visit be without BBQ and corn bread. The Brunswick stew is to die for. Have you tried the fried catfish nuggets?

When’s the last time you went bowling? All the lanes are open, so pick out your ball weight and let’s roll a few. What’s your best game ever? Mine was a 236.

If you want, we can sit on the front porch and watch the hummingbirds feed. We fix the sugar water for them. We also have a bee farm and watching them work makes me tired.

Want to feed the squirrels, we have a yard full, plus chip monks galore. Sitting in the shade is never a problem. 6 water oak trees provide shade for the whole house. Front, back, and sides. 1.68acres all fenced in. We have a border collie, Lady Grace, who is a speeding bullet. Watch out squirrels.

The guest room is waiting for you. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fresh sheets and the ceiling fan swirling slowly to keep you cool.

Breakfast will be eggs of your choice, bacon, bacon, bacon, and more bacon, grits( made with a touch of milk for creaminess), and toast. Did I say BACON? Yes, we love bacon, so prepare for the feast to begin.

If you are a book reader, we have a vast collection for your pleasure, We have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney for your watching extravaganza. I heard you like Murdock Mysteries, as we do.

If you like English 1820’s, Bridgerton is an excellent series about high court society.
